Chickpeas- 1 1/2 C
Garlic-3-4 cloves
Tahini-3 tbsp
Yoghurt-3 tbsp
Greenchilly-1 (optional)
Lime juice- 2-4 tsp

Soak the chickpeas overnight.
Pressure cook in about 2 cups of water until soft.
Drain the chickpeas and reserve the water.
Blend the chickpeas into a thick smooth paste using the reserved water.
Now add the garlic, greenchilly,yoghurt and tahini and blend until fine.Finally add the lime juice and mix well.
Season with salt.Chill until served.
Serve drizzled with olive oil.

Canned chickpeas is a good alternative for this recipe.
