Ingredients:
All purpose flour- 80 gm
Eggs- 3 large
Powdered sugar-110gm
- Preheat oven to 200 degree Celsius.
- Beat eggs and sugar until thick and double in quantity.
- Fold in flour gently.
- Pour into greased and dusted pan
- Bake for 15 minutes that when the cake leave sides of the pan and will be spongy.
- Loosen and invert on a wire rack after a minute.
- Cool and serve. Otherwise decorate it of your choice.Here I have used Marshmallow fondant over buttercream icing.
