Ingredients:
Banana – 1
Egg – 1 beaten
Milk – 1cup
Honey -2 tbsp
Whole Wheat flour- 1 cup
Butter – for greasing the pan
- Blend all the ingredients to form a semi thick batter free of lumps.
- Heat a non stick frying pan and grease it with butter.
- Pour a ladle of batter and cook on medium flame until small bubbles appear on the surface.
- Then turn the pancake and cook until done.
- Repeat the same steps with the remaining batter.
- Serve it warm with a drizzle of honey and sliced bananas.
