Whole wheat banana pancakes

Ingredients:
Banana – 1
Egg – 1 beaten
Milk – 1cup
Honey -2 tbsp
Whole Wheat flour- 1 cup
Butter – for greasing the pan

  • Blend all the ingredients to form a semi thick batter free of lumps.
  • Heat a non stick frying pan and grease it with butter.
  • Pour a ladle of batter and cook on medium flame until small bubbles appear on the surface.
  • Then turn the pancake and cook until done.
  • Repeat the same steps with the remaining batter.
  • Serve it warm with a drizzle of honey and sliced bananas.
