Chicken Pakora

Ingredients:
Onion – 1 large
Chicken (cooked &shredded)-1 C
Besan/Gram flour-1/2 C
Chilly powder-3/4 tsp
Green chillies-2-3
Curry leaves-1-2 sprigs
Water-1/4 C
Salt
Oil for frying

Take the besan in a bowl.
Finely chop the onions,curry leaves and green chillies.Add these along with the chilly powder and salt into the besan bowl.
Mix it well with your hands so its well incorporated.
Now add water little by little until you get a dough that holds together.
Now heat oil in a deep bottomed pan or a kadai.Once the oil is hot,make small balls out of the mix with your hands or you can take tiny scoops with a spoon and drop into the oil.
Don’t overcrowd the pan.Once golden brown in colour remove onto a paper towel.
Repeat the same for all the remaining dough.
Serve with your favourite chutney or ketchup.

Notes:
This is the best recipe if you have any leftover chicken in the refrigerator.Any kind of chicken will do whether its roasted or from curries or whatever may be chicken dish is.I made this from the leftover chicken I had from this recipe.
