Butter(at room temp)- 3 Tbsp
Icing sugar(sifted)-2 1/4 C
Vanilla extract-1 tsp
- Beat the butter until creamy,add in the sugar and beat again on med-slow speed until it looks crumbly.
- Now add all the cream cheese at once and beat on medium speed until well incorporated.
- Now turn to med-high speed and beat until the frosting is light and fluffy.
- Make sure the cream cheese is cold otherwise it may get runny.
