Simple Sponge Cake

All purpose flour- 80 gm
Eggs- 3 large
Powdered sugar-110gm

  • Preheat oven to 200 degree Celsius.
  • Beat eggs and sugar until thick and double in quantity.
  • Fold in flour gently.
  • Pour into greased and dusted pan
  • Bake for 15 minutes that when the cake leave sides of the pan and will be spongy.
  • Loosen and invert on a wire rack after a minute.
  • Cool and serve. Otherwise decorate it of your choice.Here I have used Marshmallow fondant over buttercream icing.
